Participants who join the promotion schemes (Programs) organized by Imota, or co-hosts from Imota and our partners, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Imota or other relevant organizations.
Participant rights
(i) All Programs are only available to those residing in the country or territory where the promotion takes place by Imota’s conditions.
(ii) For each program, Imota will announce the eligible location and specific participants. We are not responsible for cases that are not within the valid places.
(iii) Only account holders or users who have verified or meet the conditions and criteria of the program can participate.
(iv) Participants can join the Programs by following the detailed instructions in each program.
Eligibility
(i) Eligible Entries are submitted during the Program period. The duration of the program is counted from the announcement timing to 12:00:00 (GTM + 7) of the end day
(ii) Entrants must provide complete and truthful information. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, late, or misdirected, fraudulent or that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the Program. Entries submitted from entrants who do not meet the requirements will also not be counted.
(iii) All information in programs, including information of the entrants when agreeing to provide to Imota is the property of Imota.
Prize
(i) Prizes will be decided by Imota and the organizations related to the program. Imota reserves the right to change and award additional prizes.
(ii) If for any reason the Prize or part of the Prize cannot be awarded as originally announced, Imota reserves the right to modify the program in its sole discretion and award a replacement prize, or part of the prize, with equal or greater value than the prize specified in the Terms and Conditions. Winners cannot replace, transfer or redeem the prize by other prizes.
(iii) In case the winner is unable to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
Winner Selection and Notification
(i) Winners are those who meet the program's criteria and are selected according to the program's regulations and Imota's final decision
(ii) Winner will be notified by in-app popup banner, by email, or by other method designated by Imota.
(iii) Imota's decision will be final on all matters related to the evaluation and selection of winners.
(iv) By participating in the Program, the Participant agrees that Imota and the Program Organizations have the right to make public announcements on the website, through the application or in any other manner (including but not limited to social media (e.g. Telegram, Facebook, Twitter)), as we deem appropriate.
Winner Verification
(i) Winners may be required to demonstrate eligibility, including, but not limited to, proof of age, residency and identity, which may include submitting a copy of a driver's license, passport or similar government-issued identification within the period specified by Imota after being announced as the Winner.
(ii) Potential winners are not official and will not be confirmed as Winners until they have completed, signed and returned the documents required by Imota. Forms must be received within the time period specified by Imota after the announcement of the Program result. If a Winner fails to complete all required forms within the given time and/or in case Winner does not comply, such Winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize and all specials rights that may belong to the Winner shall be forfeited and terminated.
(iii) On the condition that the Winner complies with the Terms and Conditions and after successful demonstration of eligibility, the Winner will be officially confirmed as the official Winner. Imota reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winner for any reason we deem necessary.
Liability Release
Imota is not responsible for cases of bogus caller defraud, appropriate property, control property or cause damage to users. All program information from media channels that are not part of the Imota organization is not under Imota's control.
Imota is not responsible for and will remove entries that are: stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, altered, tampered with, unauthorized, fraudulent, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, undeliverable, unreceived, or with incorrect input, whether machine or human error occurred during the Program period leading to the above results.
Imota has the sole discretion to remove any entrants we suspect or find:
(i) to have interfered with the program's participation or operation; (ii) to act to be disruptive or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (iii) to exhibit conduct that will bring the Winner, Imota or such program entity to shame; (iv)to have provided inaccurate information about any legal documents submitted in connection with the Program; or (v) to be acting in breach Terms and Conditions; (iv) to have provided inaccurate information about any legal documents submitted in connection with the Program.
Imota reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program or any part thereof. If the program or any part of the program is terminated or modified prior to the end of the program, notice will be given on imota.io or by other methods as may be used by Imota or our partners.
